Affiliate Marketing or relationship marketing s it is commonly termed has grown to be a phenomenon online. Though it often looks over rated as the next big thing on the World Wide Web with revenue generations crossing milestones marks etc. I am still to have my opinion!

Still in a dilemma to be able to conclude it as what, I begin to delve in the debate of “is it” or “is it not”!
Associate marketing or which ever way we want to term it as sure looks like popular avenue of earning money online.

It’s simple and rewarding. If you have a website and want to use it as an inventory that earns you money, well this is probably the best way out. Align with a Merchant and take up his/her banners to advertise at your space. Not only will that bring you avenues of earning but also a chance to align with brands online.

However Affiliate Programmes do have their pit falls if not managed well. Choosing a merchant whose product or service doesn’t correspond to the theme and nature of a site, the irrelevance of links is one. Joining up too many affiliate programmes often leaves with a lot of unfinished work with no desirable results. Thirdly there are often frauds online that end up paying nothing for all the efforts put in!

All these factors leave me perplexed about the entire affiliate marketing scenario! Can any one help!
